Position Overview:
The Supervisor, under the direction of the Branch Manager, is primarily responsible to provide the necessary information, instruction, motivation, direction and training to employees and ensure the required supervision to maintain the health and safety of those employees under their supervision and the quality of workmanship to meet or exceed operational objectives. This includes but is not limited to oversee safety, quality, manufacturing, inventory, discipline, budgets, equipment and interact with other departments.

The Supervisor will lead by example with integrity and respect for all employees. They will plan and execute objectives, delegate responsibility as appropriate, work as needed, supervise and mentor staff and ensure all are trained in safe manufacturing methods, safety, Company policies and procedures, as well as identify and correct potential work, health and safety issues. The Supervisor will ensure policies and procedures are utilized and developed if necessary, to increase productivity, assure quality, and mitigate manufacturing problems to ensure customer satisfaction. The Supervisor role is a hands-on position where the Supervisor is required to participate in and learn all aspects of the operations and management of the facility on a daily basis. To this end, the Supervisor will improve throughput and other in-house processes with the objective of reducing overall costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
