Quality Assurance Representative

Position Overview:
Reporting to the General Manager, The Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) role works as part of a team with the Quality, Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, Finance, and Human Resources personnel to ensure exceptional customer service with Quality is provided. The QAR is responsible for assisting in spearheading a quality management system (QMS) implementation and improvements in accordance with Regulatory Code(s) compliance. The QAR is responsible to implement and administer the Quality Manual at the branch with support. Ensure that process improvements affecting compliance are systematic, controlled and recorded. Identify and implement quality initiatives to increase traceability, compliance and effectiveness of Advance Tank Production Ltd.’s Regina Manufacturing processes. Communicate and deliver quality initiatives to Advance Tank Production Ltd. personnel in a positive demeanor. Prepare and maintain technical procedures, logs, forms and spreadsheets as necessary. Liaise in a professional manner with shop floor, customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies to resolve their issues and\or complaints as needed. All employees are responsible to promote and ensure compliance with all Company Safety, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and Operations policies and procedures.
